Regarding refunds for unutilized services, the refund amount would be determined according to the cancellation procedure shown above, and the funds would be repaid to the person who made the payment to us. Please be mindful that the refund process may take 2–4 weeks due to financial processes and vacations. If the refund is sent to a credit card account or a bank account, the bank costs will be taken from the refund amount.
